So here are some facts:
Ball Date: May 7, 2011 • 7:30 pm
Tickets: On Sale in the Main Office - $7.00 per ticket. (From 8:30 - 4:30 Mon. - Fri.) for a ticket and a mask ( YES the masks are now in - if you have bought a ticket come by and get your mask)
YES you may bring a guest who is not in the Theatre Dept.
Tickets are FREE for faculty, staff, and grad students who teach at VCU, and those of you (and you know who you are) who have worked to pull this extravaganza together. (Bring a plate of brownies instead... c'mon you know you want to help)
The first 50 people who buy a ticket get a "song choice" for the evening.
Dress: Black or white or black and white..... duh. And a mask
There will be prizes for:
• Best Mask
• Best ensemble
• Most historically accurate
• Funniest
• Best couple
Photos: Send (high res) photos to Sam Byers - sbyers81@gmail.com so they can be projected on the big screen all during the evening!!! - send candids, and fun shots from the last 4 years!
Evening's events
7:30 - 8:30 - Food, Photos and mingling in the lobby
8:30 - 11:30- Dance, Dance, dance in the Hodges
9:30 - Contest
10:30 - Desserts (We need you to contribute to our dessert table - contact Glynn at gmbrannan@vcu.edu)
